Tore Allerup, MD
Tore is a BioMedical Designer and inventor with a track record in MedTech innovation. He co-founded Droplet IV and served as its Co-CEO, now contributing as a board member. The company earned recognition by winning the Danish Tech Challenge 2022 and securing funding from the BioInnovation Institute.

Martin Wraber, MSc
Martin has 18+ years of medical product development, both in larger Danish companies, and startups. He is an inventor of patents held by Coloplast and Romer Lab including the patent behind the best selling SpeediCath from Coloplast (US10758704B2).

Jakob has 25 years of experience as project leader and product developer. He has worked in all project phases from early concept development to high volume production on a global scale.

Kai is a Consultant and Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology with a special interest in ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks. As an acclaimed researcher, he has published 100+ papers, including 4 book chapters and 3 patents. 5000+ citations & H-index of 26. He co-invented the peripheral nerve block catheter CERTA.
Clinical Lead, Founder
Christian Rothe, PhD, MD
Christian is Head of Orthopedic Anesthesiology at North Zealand Hospital, with extensive clinical and research experience in regional anesthesia. He described and performed the pioneering work on ultrasound-guided selective nerve blocks for shoulder surgery. He also co-invented the peripheral nerve block catheter CERTA and holds 3 patents.
Manufacturing Lead, Founder
Thomas was previously the director of DMS Moulding Production at Novo Nordisk. In 2018, Thomas acquired the MedTech manufacturing company Meditec and successfully exited to SP Group in 2022. He is currently Managing Director of SP Meditec and holds a board position in Egholm A/S. He supports Nordstar Medical in a part time role.
